Below is all the help information you need. We highly recommend looking over these guidelines before placing an order!

Contact  |  Please email us at bluebirdyprints@gmail.com with any questions or concerns regarding your order as soon as possible. Do not message us on Instagram as we do not follow up on personal orders through there.

Returns  |  We do not accept returns at this time but if there are errors in personalization or misprints, then returns are accepted. Please reach out to bluebirdyprints@gmail.com with your order # to initiate a return.

Shipping  |  All orders are shipped via USPS (First Class) and have a tracking number sent via email. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of when the order was placed. All items are carefully inspected, prepped and nicely packaged before they are shipped out to you.

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Lost Packages  |  Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the wrong address. 

Other  |   Due to the paint mixing process of all screen printed items, we try our very best to replicate the color seen on your screen.
