The art process done in the studio involves stationery being screen printed by hand while other pieces are hand drawn first then digitally printed. The high quality in material and paper further compliments each item.

What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing is the meticulous process of transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee. This method involves exposing the artwork onto a fine mesh screen, and pushing ink through to create an imprint of the design on paper.

Itzel, the gal behind Blue Birdy Prints, is an artist, designer and printmaker. She loves to combine art and design wherever possible. Her love for stationery stemmed from visiting the Sanrio store at her hometown's mall growing up in the 90's and being fascinated by it.

She hopes each colorful print brings you joy in connecting with your loved ones.
